Cognitive psychology is the study of human thinking, perception, memory, attention, language use, and decision-making. It examines how we process information, how we create mental models of the world, and how these influence our behavior.
I have been applying this knowledge in various fields for 15 years. I specifically obtained my psychology degree to gain a deeper understanding of the processes that determine our experiences and decisions – both in everyday situations and special circumstances.
I utilize my expertise across several domains: in designing products and services, where intuition and usability are crucial; in developing behavior-changing systems based on the psychology of habits; in user-centered research that analyzes thinking processes; and in education and individual counseling, where I help people better understand their own cognitive processes and decisions.
What makes my approach different?
Cognitive psychology bridges science and practice. I don't rely solely on intuition or market trends, but on empirically validated principles. Additionally, I consider exploratory research in real-world conditions essential for all my projects – understanding context is key.
This dual approach – combining scientific foundation with practical experience – enables me to create solutions that truly align with human nature and real needs.
